Martin Powersports LLC recognizes and respects the importance of your personal information. We believe the confidentiality and protection of client information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. And while information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our clients' trust. As a result, we do not sell or share our clients' personal information to third party marketers offering their products and services. So, you do not have to tell us not to.

Personal Information We Collect
We collect and use personally identifiable information ("personal information") about our clients in the normal course of our business to provide the products and services you have requested and to offer additional products and services that we think will be of interest to you. Personal information about our clients is collected from a number of sources, such as:
Information you provide to us on during registration, online shopping and through other means, such as your name, address, social security number, employment, assets, income and other debts.

 

Sharing information with companies that work for us. To assist us in providing you products and services that you have requested or already have with us, we may share all of the personal information we collect with companies that work for us. In addition, we may share all of the personal information we collect with companies that work for us to provide marketing and other services or other motorsport companies with whom we have joint marketing agreements. All of these companies act on our behalf, are obligated to keep the information that we provide to them confidential, and use the information only to provide the services we have asked them to perform for you and us.

Sharing information in other situations. In accordance with standard business practices, we may share all of the personal information we collect with credit bureaus and similar organizations. In addition, there are certain laws that permit or require disclosure of personal information about our clients. For example, we may disclose all of the personal information we collect in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, a fraud investigation, an audit or other examination. We may also share all of the personal information we collect outside of our family of companies if we have your consent.

Accuracy of Personal Information
We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.

We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.

How We Handle E-Mail
E-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive, or includes personal information such as credit card numbers or social security number, you must follow the procedures below or you may want to call us or send it through the U.S. mail instead.
